Our Founder,
Mark Coughlin
Mark Coughlin has over 35 years experience as an executive and strategic advisor to utility and infrastructure businesses in Australia and internationally. His experience covers the energy value chain. His executive career focused on building and leading successful energy businesses, strategy development and execution, leading business model change and building successful teams.
After two decades of analysing and articulating the challenges of energy transition, Mark took matters into his own hands. Mark has a rational, logical and realistic view of the world, seeing problems that lie ahead. But with this, came a vision for the future. One without compromise – where the environment wins, and the economy wins.

Our team is diverse – we organise in small teams with a focus on providing our most senior people ‘on the tools’ on projects with a small support team of Managers and above – we bring people to you that are already trained and experienced and have depth in the energy transition.
Our experienced team has on average over 20 years of experience; they have been hand-picked for diversity of thought and consistency of values
Most of our senior team have worked in-house in government, the energy industry, and fast-paced commercial sectors for lived experience of effecting change and successful leadership
